Mr. Radie is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Topaz Pharmaceuticals Inc. He has also been elected to the Board of Directors for Topaz. Mr. Radie has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of TransMolecular, Inc., a biotechnology company that is developing novel cancer diagnostic and treatment products. He previously served as Chief Business Officer at Prestwick Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Morphotek. He played leading roles in the acquisition of Prestwick by Biovail in September 2008 and Morphotek by Eisai in 2007 and delivered premium shareholder returns for these transactions. Mr. Radie also served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects and Planning at Vicuron Pharmaceuticals where he played an integral role in the Pfizer acquisition of Vicuron in September 2005. Before joining Vicuron, Mr. Radie worked for pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly & Co., where he led several different sales forces and product launches. Among the flagship products he successfully launched and led were Prozac®, Zyprexa®, and Actos®. Mr. Radie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Boston College.
Mr. Daush is currently Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Morphotek, a Biopharmaceutical Company located in Exton, which develops biological-based products to treat cancer, inflammation and infectious diseases. Mr. Dausch has over 30 years of experience in financial and operations management.
Mr. Piliero is currently co-owner of Marsh Creek Corporate Services, a holding company for several entrepreneurial initiatives. In addition he also serves in various capacities for several family-owned businesses located in Chester County. From 1985-1999 Frank was an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of ECS, Inc. Mr. Piliero is very active in the community and currently is a board member of the Paoli Hospital Foundation, Alternate Member of the Zoning Board for Charlestown Township, and past Chairman and currently active with Chester County Economic Development Council. He has also served as Board member for the Upper Main Line YMCA, where he led a multimillion-dollar capital fund campaign to develop new YMCA facilities for area residents of Chester County.
Beth is currently Senior Account Manager of Diccicco Battista Communications, a brand communications firm located in Conshohocken, where she manages many of the agency's largest public relations accounts. She has worked with clients across a multitude of industries, including the non-profit organization Ten Thousand Villages, a fair trade retailer. Beth has secured national, regional and local media coverage for clients with recent media placements in The Philadelphia Inquirer, NBC's The 10! Show, Philadelphia Business Journal, WXTU-FM and all four Philadelphia-based television news stations. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Millersville University. She currently resides in Chester County.
