Shiree
Sansone, President and Co-Founder
Shiree
rode for five years as a child in Western Pleasure and has been
riding for the last five years as an adult in Hunters. She currently
competes in Hunters at local Chester County Horse Shows. Shiree
received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. After
teaching for two years she moved into Recruiting and Sales & Marketing.
She assisted Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies in PA
and NJ with staffing in the Clinical Research, Regulatory, Safety
and Data Management areas. Her most recent position was heading
the Product Development recruiting efforts for Synthes USA, a
global medical device company located in West Chester, which
develops and manufactures orthopaedic instruments, implants,
and osteobiologic products for humans, equines, canines, and
felines. Shiree resides in Chester Springs, PA.
Barbara
Rosoff, Program Director and Co-Founder
Barbara
has been riding since she was nine-years-old and continued riding
throughout college. She has fox hunted, galloped racehorses,
and owned her own horse boarding and training facility. She has
trained horses and riders in hunters and dressage, as well as
the Special Olympics Equestrian Team and has been coaching at
the State Games at PSU since 1999. She worked for Thorncroft
Equestrian Center and Hope Springs Equestrian Therapy as a Therapeutic
Riding Instructor. Currently, Barbara gives clinics and private
lessons and is also a judge at local Hunter and Therapeutic Horse
Shows. She received her graduate degree from West Chester University
and her BS in Animal Science from University of Maryland. Barbara
resides in Chester Springs, PA.
